Life / Life – The first signs are a terrifying sci-fi thriller in which a team of scientists on board an international orbital station suddenly passes from interest in scientific discoveries to visceral fear when they discover a form of life that develops Fast and that caused the extinction of life on Mars, and now threatens both the team and the life itself on Earth.
Life starts from an extraordinary scientific achievement: a Mars capsule is recovered on a space station, and the scientists discover that it contains the first extraterrestrial evidence. Only the body develops unexpectedly, and soon it will be extremely inventive to escape from the closed space where it was studied and then kill the crew.
Survivors have a mission of great importance: the liquidation of the organism that endangers the very future of humanity. Jake Gyllenhaal, Ryan Reynolds and Rebecca Ferguson interpret three of the researchers involved in the battle.
The character of Gyllenhaal, Dr. David Jordan, has the distant attitude of a man who spent 473 days on the orbital station. No one knows his home better than him. Crew members use their space house as the basis for launching the first life-finding operation on Mars.
Rebecca Ferguson plays Dr. Miranda North, who works at the Center for Disease Control, and who is exceptionally involved in this mission. Her job is to keep all the members of the expedition healthy and to make sure that they return to Earth well, regardless of the problems they face in space.
Ryan Reynolds interprets the “mission expert” specialist Rory Adams, the practitioner of the team, who knows all aspects of the ship’s operation, knowing how to repair everything that could hurt.
