Blind (2017) follows the story of a blind writer who rediscovers his livelihood when a new love appears in his life. Bill Oakland is a famous novelist who remained blind after a car accident in which his wife died. Five years later, Suzanne Dutchman is investigated for complicity in her husband’s illegal transactions, but because she does not fully know all of her illicit activities, she receives only 100 hours of community work. Under these circumstances, Suzanne reaches a care center for visually impaired people, where she is forced to read Bill three times a week. Soon, a passionate adventure begins, forcing both of them to wonder whether or not it is too late to find true love. For Bill, the adventure with the neglected wife of the closed businessman represents the rediscovery of his passion for life and writing. But when her husband is released from prison, things become dangerous, and Suzanne is forced to choose between the man he loves and the man with whom he has built a life.
