Vincent Downs (Jamie Foxx) and his partner, Sean (T.I. Harris), police in Las Vegas, are intercepting a large cocaine transport to a casino patron (Dermot Mulroney). As the drug traffickers in the area are badly disturbed and start to take the most unpleasant measures, the situation becomes stagnant: Vincent must urgently give the drugs back to the interlopers if he wants to recover his kidnapped son. However, the original account does not fit into the casino, as counter-intelligence officer Jennifer Bryant (Michelle Monaghan) and drug dealer Novak (Scoot McNairy) are in action.
For years Vincent neglected his family, always placing the job in the forefront. And now, two years of undercover work can go to the water on the sink as you blink! Some allies would catch them well, but … who else could he trust? Many cops are corrupt, and one wrong move might be fatal if they do not play their cards well. Here’s how a white night in Las Vegas turns into a show of action and emotion, like in a rustic hill: racing with many horsepower, dangerous bumps, kidnappings and battles for life and dying. And in life, as in the casino, fate sometimes plays roulette.
