Steve Hutchenson (Chick Bernhard), the Hubert National Bank manager, gives an older woman a portfolio, and leads her to the exit. At that time, four individuals equipped in Kevlar suits swarm into the office, shooting everything around. These are Tornado, Hurricane, Thunder and Squall. Thunder pulls a gun and begins to hit the bank’s left and right employees; smart watch turns on a bleak command: open the drawer, do not turn on the alarm, otherwise your manager will die.
Special Agent Jonathan Montgomery (Christopher MELONI) has many years of experience in seeing everything that can be worse in a man. But no case affected him more than one person who personally marked him and asked him whether he was able to respect the oath he had made, that he respected the law.
Jeffrey Hubert (Bruce WILLIS) portrays his financial success and his power as chairman and owner of the Hubert National Bank. He receives the news of the robbery without showing any emotion, because he knows he has the necessary resources to turn to punish anyone who dares to steal from him.
Special Agent Montgomery investigates the case with agents Greg Stockwell (Dave BAUTISTA) and Chase (Lydia HULL), joining the rookie agent, former mariner Michael Wells (Adrian GRENIER).
Following the investigation, they begin to discover a conspiracy that has been tampered with money and corruption. Montgomery faces the corruption and territorial abuse of local police, but also the press that demands rapid results. Together with the team, they run a counter-clock battle to catch the robbers, whose extreme violence turns the city into a war zone.
